For over a decade, Wendy Wischer has camped at the intersection of solaced nature and societal technology, creating introspective works in sound, light, and sculpture concerned with how a single set of principles can be found throughout the universe.
Wendy Wischer holds an MFA from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. She is a 2008 recipient of the prestigious South Florida Cultural Consortium's Visual and Media Artists Fellowship and has exhibited throughout the US and abroad, including large-scale commissions for public and private buildings around the US. Wischer's work is in several public collections, among them the Miami Art Museum. She lives and works in Miami, Florida.
